Executive - Catalog Management - eCommerce (1-6 yrs)
Ecommerce Operations Associate, needs to have knowledge on E-Commerce portal and operating.
- Work on tasks related to order fulfillment and maintaining product catalogues.
- Perform on barding activities of the sellers to the portal.
- Interact with customers for fulfillment of orders and specific requirements.
- Interact with customer leads on the Social Media and mature the leads to orders.
- TAKING care if our website product adding, making, coupons, description writing, content writing, add photos, change background to white, taking perfect photos .
- Creating new sales strategies, banners, coupons,..etc
- Social media marketing, like Facebook, Instagram google, LinkedIn
- Creating combos offers, taking care all the account part, logistics booking, order delivery, feedback, testimonials, affiliate marketing, consumer reward program, referral for customers, and more..... (packing of the goods will done by others staff)
- Remaining all the activities should be taken care.
- In keeping mind to achieve our target.
- TAKING CARE OF RATE AS ITS CHANGING TIME TO TIME.
- Timings Monday to Saturday 10:00 Am to 8:00 pm Sunday holiday
