Executive - CASA Sales - BFS (2-6 yrs)
Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and target potential customers for CASA accounts, focusing on individuals and businesses.

- Stay updated on our financial products and services to educate and cross-sell to customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offers for growth opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales and account documentation.
- Keep detailed sales records, prepare regular reports, and update the Sales Manager on progress.
Qualifications :
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related subject is desirable.
- Proven 2 years of sales expertise
- Strong grasp of banking products, notably CASA accounts.
- Ability to establish and sustain long-term client connections.
