Executive - CASA Sales - Bank (1-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential new CASA customers through market research, lead generation activities, and networking.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to explain CASA benefits and features.
- Open new current and savings accounts for customers, adhering to KYC regulations.
- Source salary accounts from corporates to increase CASA base.
Relationship Building:
- Maintain regular communication with existing CASA customers to understand their needs and proactively cross-sell other banking products like credit cards, mutual funds, or insurance.
- Actively engage with customers to encourage higher account balances and regular transactions.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to maintain positive relationships.
Sales Performance Management:
- Achieve assigned sales targets for new CASA account openings and cross-selling activities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics like conversion rates, average account balance, and customer retention.
- Participate in sales campaigns and promotional initiatives to boost CASA acquisition.
Marketing and Outreach:
- Conduct targeted marketing activities within the assigned territory to generate leads.
- Participate in branch events, community outreach programs, and corporate tie-ups to promote CASA products.
- Utilize digital marketing channels to engage potential customers.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Strong sales acumen with proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services, particularly CASA accounts
- Understanding of KYC and compliance regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
