Field WORK - SR. Sales Executive
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Age : 30 or Below
At least 1 year of experience of Banking and Insurance
Job Profile :
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Answer questions about products and services
- Demo and explain products and services to customers
- Accept payments and record sales
- Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics
- Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CASA and Third Party Products like Insurance, Mutual Funds, Online Trading, Demat Accounts etc through the Sales Channel
- Responsible for leading a large Sales Channel comprising of Team Leaders and Sales
- Executives and ensuring Recruitment, Training, Retention and Mentoring of Sales teams
- Mobilize Business for Current Accounts
Salary: 4.5 Lac + Travelling Allowance + Incentives
