Executive - CASA Sales - Bank (1-2 yrs)
- We have an exciting opportunity for a casa sales manager in bank.to join our Field Sales Team. We have a position. As a Field Sales Executive, you will work closely with our client to deliver an excellent customer experience, as well as growing existing business and securing new business.
Responsibilities :
- Acquiring new accounts (Current and Savings) from branch catchment area.
- Proven track record of success in field sales.
- Find new business opportunities and customers.
- Good understanding of sales software and the industry's best practise.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relations with prospects.
- Meet sales target.
- Conduct sales promotion activities regularly.
- Selling the cross product like insurance, loan, FD,RD.
- Discussing their prospects with their Sales Head to ensure they are given right communication.
Requirement :
- Any Graduate.
- Age : 21 to 30 years.
- 1 to 2 year experience in field sales.
- Communication skill.
- Lead generation and conversion skill.
