Executive - Career Development - Education (1-4 yrs)
Role : CDE/CDO
Experience Required :
- Graduate fresher with Tech degree
- Experience with Min 6 months to 4 years
Location : Mumbai
Age Criteria : Up to 28 Years
Compensation : 4 LPA - 6.25 LPA + Incentives
(Average hike: 10-30% on current/previous fixed salary)
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Interview Rounds :
Round 1 : Telephonic Interview (Virtual Screening call from HR)
Round 2 : Walk-in Interview in the preferred location Office address itself
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Connect with a minimum of 80 working professionals (prospective students) each day.
- Generate a pool of prospects by identifying their upskilling needs.
- Provide detailed information about the programs offered through phone or video counseling.
- Meet daily deliverables and achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
Requirements :
- Graduate with Sales Experience (No Retail Sales or Presales)
- Fresher with Tech degree : BSc IT, BCA, B Tech, BE (No Civil Engineering)
Experienced : Any Degree but selling tech courses is Mandatory
- Ed Tech (No field sales)
- Age Criteria is up to 28
Additional Details :
Remuneration : Ranging from 4 LPA to 6.25 LPA Fixed + Incentives.
Working days : Monday to Saturday.
Office Timings : 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
