What Will Be Your Role As A Care Delight Executive ?
- You will be responsible for contacting, coordinating, and engaging with our clients with care and empathy, resolving queries and responding to them in a polite and professional manner.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Handle customer queries and complaints via various channels
2. Approach and resolve the queries and issues with a customer-centric attitude
3. Offer exceptional customer experience and delight
4. Adhere to the set SLA and TAT
5. Achieve a high customer satisfaction score (CSAT)
6. Demonstrate the right attitude with the right tonality in all customer interactions
What We Are Looking For :
1. Any UG degree
2. Proficient in English and Hindi
2. Excellent interpersonal skills
3. Exceptional communication skills on multiple mediums (Chat, email, phone)
4. A quick learner
5. Ability to multi-task
6. Make decisions under pressure and time constraint

Schedule : Rotational shift
