Requirements :
- Minimum one year experience in any Showroom Sales
- Only Female Candidates
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Engagement :
- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming showroom environment.
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Offer expert advice on product features, benefits, and suitability.
Sales and Product Promotion :
- Present and demonstrate products effectively to meet customer needs.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to maximize sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Showroom Maintenance :
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Maintain product displays and ensure adequate inventory levels.
Documentation and Reporting :
- Process sales transactions and generate invoices accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update the sales manager.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Team Collaboration :
- Work closely with the showroom team and other departments to achieve common goals.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and sales techniques.
Key Skills and Qualifications :
- Education: High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a showroom environment is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to showcase products effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
