Executive Buyer Brands
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1.0 - 4.0 Years
Must have :
- A buyer who can work with the External Brands Teams Menswear
- Experience in Buying
Brand/Vendor Management :
- Align the season plan with brands (only for brands)
- Interact with the brand partners/vendors at regular intervals to meet the product availability norms
- Address and resolve operational issues within the defined timelines
- Ensure adherence of quality expectations (only for private label)
Product Planning :
- Research on prevailing market trends and share the same with relevant stakeholders
- Submit the range presentation to the concerned stakeholders at defined intervals (only for Pvt. Label)
- Initiate buying as per OTB and ensure timely delivery and availability of right stocks at the store
- Monitor and ensure stocks are maintained as per display capacity and base stock norms
- Monitor the aging of stock with reference to the total stock available as per defined norms
Product Performance :
- Drive the sales and inventory for the relevant category in the concept
- Participate in the review of brands to track sales performance including FMS and SMS and implement the required actions
- Perform gap analysis post launch for new products / new brands/ new categories and take required actions
- Analyze product feedback and implement required actions to address the feedback
- Conduct detailed analysis of product attributes to refine the next buy
- Analyze the performance of promotions and provide suggestions
- Track competition with respect to retail experience, pricing and promotions and share the same
- Be aware of the profitable and non-profitable brands and implement required actions
Customer Engagement :
- Interact with the customers / retail staff on the floor to understand their needs and feedback and share the same for the relevant category
- Consolidate and share the needs and feedback of customers (from locations other than Bangalore) for the relevant category
- Coordinate for calendar adherence and marketing support is in place for marketing events
