Executive - Business Telecalling (0-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls : Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products or services, qualify leads, and generate sales opportunities.
Lead Generation : Identify potential leads through telecalling efforts. Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to drive sales.
Sales Conversion : Engage with prospects to explain product features, benefits, and pricing. Address objections and close sales effectively to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers. Provide exceptional service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
CRM Management : Enter and update customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system. Track and report on sales performance, lead status, and other key metrics.
Market Research : Gather and analyze information about market trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Use insights to improve sales strategies and tailor sales pitches.
Product Knowledge : Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry developments. Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding our offerings.
Sales Reporting : Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and performance metrics to management.
Customer Service : Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally. Ensure a positive experience for all customers throughout the sales process.
