The role involves Customer Service Representatives, Technical Support, Data Entry Operators, Sales Agents, and more, contributing to efficient outsourcing of business functions across various industries.
Role and responsibility :
- Proficient in Microsoft office-
- Working as a virtual assistant for a dedicated international client.
- Responding to emails and phone calls.
- Performing multi-tasks i.e: Data entry, cold calling, research tasks, scheduling meetings etc.
- Creating presentations, as assigned
- Provide customer service as first point of contact.
- Solving customer queries.
- Should be flexible enough to work as allocated.
- Position open only for male candidates.
