As a recruitment consultancy, we are assisting our client in hiring a Business Development Executive to support their mission of leading 1 million people in their personal health transformation journeys.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Make cold calls and engage with new prospects
- Follow up with customers and provide exceptional service
- Connect with people instantly and gain their trust
- Expand the company's sales and client base
- Understand the unique services offered by the company and its position in the industry
- Handle rejection with resilience and maintain a positive attitude
- Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close
Qualifications:
- Maximum of 4 years of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with B2B Sales is mandate.
- Must have done End-To-End Sales: Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Conversions.
