- Our client is recognized for offering end-to-end waste management services catered to assist Producers, Importer & Brand Owners (PIBOs) that comply to EPR under plastic waste management rules 2016 and all the successive amendments.
- Plastic Waste Collection, Segregation & channelization of waste to recycling facility.
- Co-working with different Municipal bodies for better management of plastic waste with required expertise in recycling.
- Providing full spectrum of activities to PIBOs covered under PWM rules 2016 and all the successive amendments.
The Job
Your responsibilities will include :
- Identify and research potential new business opportunities to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets, reach out to potential clients, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine sales strategies, pricing models, and value propositions to effectively position our products and services.
-Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding clients' needs, presenting solutions, and negotiating contracts to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing materials, sales collateral, and promotional campaigns to support business development efforts.
Ideal Candidate :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or related roles, with a demonstrated ability to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and identify business opportunities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel as required.
