Executive - Business Development - Waste Management (5-18 yrs)

Purpose of the role : Business Development and Market expansion for sustainable waste management solutions across Electronic, Plastic, Battery and Tyre waste Management
- Spotting Business opportunities and making sure RLG India builds a revenue volume through strategically important regional Clients/contracts.
- Configuring RLG India Proposal/solution includes robust cost modeling and required technical/compliance submission, in line with the Regulatory and Legal Framework as per Statutory Authorities-CPCB/SPCB and RLG India financial/ approvals procedure.
- Create value-adds on services/ new services to bring more value from the existing clients.
- Be the central point in negotiating and configuring a Client/Customer contract solution and ensure the new contract is implemented smoothly so that the customer has a totally positive experience.
- Continuously seek feedback from the client and engage them to ensure service offerings are relevant to the customer's expectations.
- Work with senior management to develop Client specific goals and strategies for expanding the business, increasing profitability in the given region
Market Intelligence and Networking :
- Identify, analyze and root cause reason for non-successful business contracts and build corrective strategies/solutions
- Analyze changes in the approach of the market players, and their pricing structures and regularly benchmark competitors offering to assess Company's competitiveness within the market;
Business Review Management :
- Maintaining the Sales Efforts Funnel and regular Business Updates, client specific updates in Sales Reviews presentations
- Ensuring the Post Sales onboarding is effectively managed by the Internal Operations Team members in establishing the streamlined structured operating procedure ensuring robust E-waste Collections, Logistics, and Recycling for the respective client/s in the region.
Key Skills Required :
Experience :5-18 years
- Candidate could have handled B2B sales
- Must be MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college
- Must have reported to Senior Business executive
- Immediate joiner is preferable
- Excellent educational and experience pedigree
- Preferred Female candidates
Offered designation will be based on over all candidate experience, education background and skill sets. Offered designation would range from AM - DGM level. Preferred industry Sales and Business Development professionals selling Multi solutions either from Media /IT or Insurance Industry
Salary Range upto 25 lacs p.a. depending upon the designation
