Executive - Business Development - VoIP (1-4 yrs)
Job Description
- Cold calling & Lead generation
- Achieving Target for the specified segment within the time line.
- Exploring Business for BILL, MPLS, VOIP, MVOIP, IDC, Dialler, Toll Frees, etc services from existing set of accounts and generate new accounts to achieve AoP targets
- Responsible for all regions sales of Retail and wholesale Business (VoIP) Vendor management, Buying and selling of routes, Interconnections
- Establishing and maintaining good relationship with customers.
- Realization as per marketing/sales terms and guidelines.
- Collecting and compiling information on various competitor activities and other various service providers.
- Customer Handling: requirement, specifications and feedback.
- Generation and implementation of various schemes offered to promote various services offered.
- Developing and designing business strategies to ensure market development and expansion.
- Sales vis-- -vis Targets set for a period.
- Knowledge, understanding of VoIP related business, BPO etc.
- Should be able to generate Sales and achieve over exceed allocated targets.
- MIS daily reports on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly bases.
- Strong Selling Skills.
- Proven track record of Sales in Revenue Generated

- Graduate- and MBA-Sales & Marketing, IT - Telecom Sales.
- Excellent Written and verbal communication.
- Excellence in sales and marketing with positive and go getter attitude and Team player attitude.
- A flair for establishing and instant repo with clients.
- Good negotiations skills.
- Dynamic, aggressive, result, numbers oriented and self starter.
- Ability to work independently.
