Executive - Business Development/Virtual Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Position title : Business Development Executive
Function : Virtual Sales Office
Objectives : To develop sales in the territory
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for acquiring new channels and driving business from these channels - Agency, Dealership & Banca
- Training & development of agents/ dealers/ bank partners to facilitate & drive business within the region.
- Monitoring & motivating the partners, to attain business targets.
- Time bound commitment & accomplishment of business targets, as assigned by the manager.
- Ensuring high productivity
- Monitoring channel -Renewal/Fresh Database, Funnel and Closures.
- Managing relationships
- Managing a profiltable portfolio mix
- Servicing new and existing clients across channels
- Execute policies which are underwritten
- Ensure compliance of internal and IRDA norms
Skills & Experience required :
- Should have hands on experience in working in Virtual sales environment
- Should have knowledge of GI insurance products
- Should be willing to work at channels like dealers, agents, banca
- Minimum 1 to 5 years of such relevant experience in the given territory
Max age : 35 years
- Should have strong knowledge & business relations in the region
- Should be a go-getter & Self Motivator
- Should have strong Marketing & Negotiation skills
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills & a team player
