Executive - Business Development - Vendor & Marketing Partnerships - Hospitality (4-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
B2B Sales & Client Acquisition :
- Identify, target, and acquire potential B2B clients, especially in the cab and fleet services sector.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring targets are met.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Vendor Development & Management :
- Identify and onboard vendors and suppliers for business services, focusing on cost-effective solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Manage relationships with existing vendors and ensure timely delivery of services and products.
Negotiation & Deal Closure :
- Act as the lead negotiator for deals, ensuring both the company's and the client's/vendor's interests are met.
- Handle objections and provide timely solutions to ensure successful deal closures.
Empanel Marketing Agencies :
- Identify and empanel marketing agencies for branding and promotional activities related to cab services.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that drive brand visibility.
- Negotiate agency terms and agreements, ensuring value for money in services rendered.
Vendor Partnership Strategy :
- Develop and implement strategies for building strong vendor partnerships to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with service agreements and maintain quality control of services delivered.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Proven experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and vendor management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
- Experience in empaneling and managing marketing agencies, preferably in the cab or fleet industry.
- Good commercial acumen and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in business development, vendor management, or similar roles.
- Experience in the cab, fleet management, or related industries is a plus.
