The Job
Our client is looking for a Business Development Executive to join the team
Your responsibilities will include :
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- Meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Visiting prospective customers as per the scheduled appointment
- Listening to the customers and understanding their material requirements
- Suggesting a suitable solution for their material requirements
- Collecting the requirements, proposing the quotation, negotiating, and finalizing the order
- Maintaining daily activity report
Ideal Candidate
Skills required:
- You have at least 1-year experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the Manufacturing industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
