Job Summary :

- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at India First Life Insurance, specifically focusing on the Unified Business Identifier (UBI) segment. The BDE will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new business opportunities within the UBI sector, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the UBI landscape in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities :

- Identify and target potential clients within the Unified Business Identifier (UBI) segment for India First Life Insurance products and services.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets within the UBI sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in the UBI industry.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the UBI segment.

- Customize insurance solutions and proposals to meet the specific needs and requirements of UBI clients, addressing their risk management and insurance coverage needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of UBI clients.

- Stay updated on industry regulations, developments, and best practices related to UBI and insurance sales.

- Prepare and deliver presentations, sales pitches, and proposals to potential UBI clients, showcasing the value proposition of India First Life Insurance products and services.

- Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and results regularly using CRM tools or other reporting mechanisms.
