Executive - Business Development - Training Solutions (7-9 yrs)
Looking to hire Business Development Executives across India on commission basis.
Job Description:
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Approaching the learning & Development Heads of various corporate to find out a Business opportunity for the execution of Leadership Development Program.
Actively involved in Research activities of the markets to find new clients for new business relationship.
Responsible for the creation of SOC (Statement of Contract) with the Clients.
Researching actively for potential clients.
Pursuing and maintaining new business relationships.
Understanding and obtaining the needs of the clients.
Preparing various presentations and should regularly attend trade shows, conferences etc.
Handle a team of 10 members and work towards the target.
Should be willing to do client meetings depends on the appointments.
Following up clients continuously and responding to client enquiries.
Prepare business development strategies per the needs of the client.
Securing business opportunities by cultivating mutually beneficial business relationship with current and potential clients.
Should be a individual contributor and supports the team
Should monitor and track team performance on daily basis.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
