Venue : Noida Sector 15
Key Responsibility Areas :
This is a calling role and involves multiple client interactions and acquiring customer information to scale up the online product of My First Boss
- Identifying new prospective users and educate them about the benefits of using My First Boss and help them to register on the website by proposing value adds.
- Acquiring respective product details from the customer and posting their advertisements digitally.
- Cross verification of details already listed to enhance conversions and overall customer experience.
- Ensure productivity by converting the acquired customer into advertisements .
- Ensure the quality of calls comply with standards which are required.

Required Candidate profile :
- Ability to make 80-100 calls in a day and achieve acquisition targets
- Good Communication & Client Servicing Skills
- Ability to interact with customers on PAN India level
- A self-motivated, ambitious & confident individual with learning ability
