Executive - Business Development/Telesales (1-3 yrs)
Job Purpose:
- Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social Networking.
- Identify potential leads independently through networking, cold- calling and/ or other sources in the assigned territory/ geography.
- Ability to coordinate and write proposals, as and when required.
- Proposal review, showcasing of core capabilities offered as solution or services, customer follow up.
- Handle RFI/ RFP s, generating new business leads, conducting prospect research, developing and delivering corporate presentation
- Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects.
- Generate client awareness and preference for the business and its services, may include developing/sending promotional material, authoring articles, presenting in business forums, business associations, etc.
- Through Interface and discussion capture customer requirements and present the relevant solution at customer visits, presentations and other follow up meetings.
Must have- s:
- 1+ years in Business development
- In depth sales experience, with industry expertise and proven track record of getting good campaigns & generating revenue.
- Strong written and verbal communication and technical writing skills
- Working knowledge of costing for proposals, well versed with contact center requirement of various verticals, a good understanding of the domain.
- Experience in transitioning campaigns on board (Inbound/ Outbound) Lead Gen, Survey, and Sales.
- Should have in depth knowledge in negotiating/Quoting prices of different work models
