Job Description :
Handle end to end sales outbound calls and customer support - existing clients
Contact existing candidates to inform them about a business partner
Answer questions about products/Services of the Business
Ask questions to understand prospect requirements and close sales
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Enter and update prospect information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Handle grievances to preserve the business reputation
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Desired candidate profile :
Proven experience as telesales representative
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent knowledge of English Kannada, Telugu
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Qualification - Any - 10th, 12TH
