Executive - Business Development/Telecalling - Education (1-2 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Initiating Outbound Calls : You will make outbound calls to potential students to introduce and promote university programs, courses and admission procedures.
2. Providing Information : You will provide detailed information about the university, admission requirements, application deadlines, scholarships and other relevant details.
3. Answering Queries : Responding to inquiries from prospective students regarding admission criteria, eligibility, program offerings and campus facilities.
4. Follow-Up : Regularly following up with interested candidates to guide them through the admission process, address any concerns and ensure timely completion of applications.
5. Database Management : Maintaining accurate records of all interactions, updating student databases and tracking progress.
6. Achieving Targets : Meeting enrolment targets by converting leads into confirmed admissions.
7. Collaboration : Coordinating with University's other departments (such as admissions, marketing, and student services) to ensure a seamless experience for prospective students
Skills :
- Excellent verbal communication & convincing skills.
- Familiarity with telephone etiquette & ability to handle multiple calls efficiently.
Experience :
- Ideally, you should have at least 6-12 Months of experience in tele calling or a related field.
- Work experience with educational institutions (Institutions or a College/University offering courses of College/University) will be a plus
