Executive - Business Development - Sustainability Solutions (2-5 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales, build partnerships, and expand our market presence in the eco-friendly sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Research & Strategy: Identify potential markets, industry trends, and customer needs to develop strategic business plans.

- Lead Generation & Sales: Prospect, engage, and close deals with clients interested in eco-friendly products and services.

- Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including businesses, NGOs, government agencies, and sustainability advocates.

- Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their sustainability goals and providing tailored solutions.

- Product Promotion & Awareness: Educate clients and partners about the environmental benefits and cost-effectiveness of our eco-friendly products/services.

- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue and profitability by meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align business development strategies with company goals.

- Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or sustainability-focused roles.

- Strong understanding of eco-friendly industries such as paper cups and paper made products

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
