Job Overview :
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads and enroll students in our IT online training programs. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the education and training sector and have experience in lead generation, particularly targeting students. Candidates based in Tamil Nadu are preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Generate leads of potential students through online channels, including social media, digital marketing, and networking.
- Promote and enroll students in our IT online training courses by effectively communicating course value and benefits.
- Reach out to schools, colleges, and other educational institutions to establish partnerships for training programs.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow up, and track progress.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed enrollment targets set by the company.
- Gather feedback from students and provide insights to improve the training programs and enrollment process.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in the education or online training industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms for lead generation.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
