Executive - Business Development - Startup (2-3 yrs)
Purpose of Job :
- Play an active role to support the business development function to ensure the growth of the start-up.
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients. Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks. Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
Key Responsibilties :
- Reviewing sales performance and collecting market/customer feedback about SMSC.
- Implementing and executing new ideas & thoughts for the promotion and development of the SMSC ensuring patients- footfall.
- Promoting the clinic to all forms of healthcare staffs including private practitioners practicing nearby to SMSC and pharmacists in medicine shops by negotiating necessary contracts.
- Maintaining detailed records of doctors & pharmacies with whom we have tied up.
- Finalizing and coordinating appointments of patients with SMSC empaneled consultants,doctors & staffs.
- Arranging health care camps in potential localities to ensure patients.
- Tying up with corporate companies for MHC to be done by SMSC.
- Executing the day - to - day target given by your reporting authorities.
- Submitting daily report to immediate reporting head and COO & MD-SMSC Bengaluru.
- Researching competitor's and their respective market performances and make an analysis to explore possibilities for SMSC's growth.
- Learning continuously for professional development and staying up-to-date with latest medical data.
- Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
