Executive - Business Development - Staffing & NAPS Products (1-8 yrs)
- Business Development Executive to join our team
- In this role, you will be responsible for identifying target segments, building a client base from scratch and attracting new clients to our Staffing & NAPS products. You will receive training from the company on products.
Field Role - 15 to 18 days of field work
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market mapping in industrial areas/clusters as identified by the Regional Sales Manager through fieldwork
- Identify target segments for Staffing & NAPS products
- Build a client base from scratch
- Attract new clients to our company
- Make initial pitches of our products to customers
- Deliver presentations to customers
- Close deals with the support of the Regional Sales Manager
- Achieve value and volume targets
