Executive - Business Development - Staffing Firm (1-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :
- Oversee and drive growth in Contract / Temp Staffing sales by targeting HR departments in companies for staffing and HR-related solutions
- Develop and execute strategies to cultivate and maintain client relationships, understanding their staffing needs, and promoting the company's services
- Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of staffing solutions and HR-related services
- Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their staffing requirements and tailoring solutions to meet their needs
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, stay updated on industry trends, and anticipate customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and participate in negotiations to close deals
- Contribute to overall business success by achieving sales targets and fostering a positive brand image
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification- Any Graduate
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex situations, make informed decisions, and adapt to changing market conditions
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools to manage and track sales activities
