- Identifying potential clients: Researching businesses, individuals, and industry trends to find new clients and markets

- Contacting potential clients: Using phone, email, and social media to contact potential clients and gauge interest

- Meeting clients: Arranging in-person or virtual meetings with clients to present services and build relationships

- Negotiating: Negotiating business terms with clients to secure the best prices

- Setting sales goals: Setting sales goals and ensuring the sales team meets them

- Training and mentoring: Training and mentoring new sales team members

- Analyzing data: Tracking and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

- Presenting reports: Presenting monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior board members and investors

- Attending events: Representing the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences

- Maintaining relationships: Maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure they are retained
