Job description
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Experience in selling/positioning Staffing & Consulting services for US geography.
- Good understanding of the geography, sales activities, lead qualification process.
- Develop and execute a strong prospecting plan of attack, including call scripts, mail scripts, audience segmentation and approach.
- Qualify companies and arrange sales appointments, conference calls
- Deliver presentations to the prospects and customer meetings when necessary
- Meet or exceed opportunity/appointment quota through phone-based prospecting & lead qualification
Provide value added market intelligence.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to handle objections, competitive questions, and other FAQs
- Proactively manage your schedule, leads pipeline, and campaigns in order to meet milestones and monthly/quarterly objectives
Required Qualifications and Experience :
- 1 - 2 years of experience in selling Staffing/Consulting/SOW services in a B2B sales environment.
- Prior experience in selling Staffing/SOW services for US geography.
- Ability to work independently & proactively in a dynamic and aggressive environment
- Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adopt creative tactics to reach the - C- Level, VP, Directors.
