Executive - Business Development - Staffing (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of the Staffing Industry.
- Must have a proven track record in getting new client acquisition and business development.(non-it, Perm staffing)
- Generate leads across the targeted geographies
- Identify Client requirements and maintain relationships to serve clients in a better way.
- Effectively present our services to new and existing clients.
- Prepare business presentations, proposals, and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams.
