Executive - Business Development - Solar Products (1-6 yrs)
Business Development Executive
- Outbound calling to potential customers to understand interest and requirement
- Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
- Understand customer needs and offering solutions and support
- Working with network contractors/installers/distributors to fulfill the requirement for customers
- Lead Generation
- Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of customer information
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients and delivering information to potential clients
Minimum Qualifications :
- Should be a Graduate - B.E/B.Tech/BSc./BCA
- Experience working in Solar company is must.
- Interpersonal skills and proven ability to build rapport and establish/keep working relationships with customers, peers and managers
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Computer literate with experience in working on MS Excel at the minimum (PC skills essential, -Mac OS desirable)
- General understanding of electrical concepts, AC & DC circuits, electrical or electronics -background would be highly desirable
- 5 Days working(9-5)
- Weekends off
