Business Development Executive
Desired Profile :
- University Degree
- 1-3 years of proven success in the software industry using inbound and outbound prospecting as your primary success tools in a B2B sales environment in North America, EMEA or APJ regions
- Strong oral and written communication skills to communicate, present, assert and speak with all the stakeholders involved. Must be able to engage prospects over the phone with a high degree of confidence.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong research and account/market analysis skills
- Persuasive, persistent and professional while communicating with prospects via phone, email
- Track record of maintaining high contact-to-opportunity conversion rates
- Excellent phone handling skills
- Numbers-driven with a strong CX bend
- Creative thinker & process driven
- Consultative selling experience for solutions and ROI
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and penetrate new and existing markets.
- Winning mentality with strong work ethics
- Good working knowledge of Salesforce
- Open to work in North American shifts
- Only 5days Working Saturday & Sunday Fixed off & Permanent WFH.
Shift : UK 2PM till 11PM & (1 to 3yrs)
US : 6PM till 3 AM.(3 to 6yrs)
