Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with a strong B2B network to drive sales and expand our client base for software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with corporate clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent networking, negotiation, and strategic selling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Leverage an existing strong B2B network to generate leads and business opportunities.

- Identify and engage with decision-makers, CXOs, and key stakeholders.

- Use various channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, networking events, cold calling, etc.) to expand the client base.

Sales & Business Growth

Understand client requirements and present suitable software solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations and consultative selling.

- Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales.

- Drive revenue growth through direct sales, partnerships, and referrals.

Client Relationship Management

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.

- Provide insights to improve software solutions and market positioning.

Collaboration & Reporting

- Work closely with marketing, technical, and product teams to align sales efforts.

- Maintain sales records and provide regular performance reports to management.
