Business Development Executive: VOIP/Voice Sales.
Job Description :
- Attending the client & initiate sales meeting
- Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being offered are suitable
- Answering any technical questions the client might have
- Bridging the gap between the technical team and client
- Having technical education background is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to create effective work relationships with clients
- Can work independently to strict timeframes
- Can work based on targets
- Focused, organized and result-oriented
- To map the territory thoroughly for potential customers
- To increase market reach and penetration
- Updating client information on a daily basis
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Relevant 3 to 5 years of experience in IT Sales and related products/ VOIP
2. Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales
3. Knowledge of VOIP sales will be plus
4. Having relevant idea of International Call Centres across the territory
5. Local candidate is must
