Executive - Business Development/Sales - SaaS Firm (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and research potential clients in the market to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Client Engagement : Initiate contact and engage with prospects through various channels including email, calls, and social media to understand their needs and position our SaaS solution effectively.
Product Demonstrations : Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific requirements and pain points of potential clients.
Relationship Management : Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
Market Insights : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights for product development and sales strategies.
Reporting and Analysis : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports on key metrics to the management team.
Requirements :
SaaS Sales Experience : Proven track record of 1-3 years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a startup environment.
Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the market and understanding of SaaS solutions, including their value proposition and competitive landscape.
Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Self-Motivated : Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
