Executive - Business Development/Sales - IT (2-4 yrs)
About the Role:
- The Business Development Executive (BDE) will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of IT services, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Research and analyze market trends, industries, and competitors to uncover business opportunities.
- Qualify and follow up on inbound leads, inquiries, and referrals to build a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients and establish rapport through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and position the company's services effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by working closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and solutions to meet their evolving needs.
- Coordination with International as well Domestic Clients.
