Executive - Business Development/Sales - IT (1-5 yrs)

Responsibilities:
- The key role will be to bring business by Lead generation & qualification.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.
- Achieving weekly/monthly KPIs and targets by identifying and developing new customers
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing and new customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects.
- Report to the Sales Manager on sales results.
Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role with SAAS / IT Product company is a must.
- The candidate must have top-notch communication skills to talk to our global clients.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
- Experience working with CRM tools.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
