Job Description :
Business Development Executive is responsible for Backend support to all existing / new franchisee. Candidate should possess own conveyance, pleasing personality, fluent in English and flair in selling preferably from insurance / bank sector / education franchisee business pre-school sector. Comfortable in travelling out station.
Principal Accountabilities Marketing :
- Target oriented sales professional.
- Overall responsible for admissions at various existing centers.
- Responsible to support for smooth functioning of centers like lead generation, marketing, promotional activities (BTL) etc.
- Addressing client complaints with effective closure within stipulated time.
- Timely follow up to ensure closure of complaint within TAT.
- Coordination for dispatch of kits to franchisees
- Attend to client inquiries with effective and immediate resolution through calls, emails and visits.
- Regular connect with clients to ensure there are no disconnects.
- Maintain cordial relation with all centers.
- Should be a good team player.
Required Candidate profile :
- Graduate with a minimum of 1-2 years of working experience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word & Outlook Express.
- Good communication skills and email drafting skills
