Position: Business Development Manager

Experience Required - 2-4 Years

Location: [India] (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation:


- Identify potential clients in the USA market through various lead generation tools, including LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Sales QL.


- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs specific to the USA.


Cold Calling:


- Execute cold calling campaigns to engage potential clients in the USA and introduce B-TRNSFRMD's services.


- Maintain a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients.


Appointment Booking:


- Schedule meetings and appointments for senior sales representatives with qualified leads.


- Ensure a smooth transition of leads to the sales team for further development and closure.


Client Engagement:


- Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.


- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and social media to nurture relationships.


Target Achievement:


- Work in a target-driven environment to achieve and exceed sales goals.


- Provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.


Communication:


- Utilize superb communication skills to articulate the value propositions of B-TRNSFRMD's services.


- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.


Administrative Tasks:


- Use MS Office tools to manage and organize client data and sales activities.


- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.


Marketing Knowledge:


- Apply basic marketing principles to enhance lead generation and sales efforts.


- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and client engagement.


Qualifications:


- Graduate in any field.


Experience: 2 to 4 years in a similar role, preferably in sales or business development.


Skills:


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


- Familiarity with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Sales QL.


- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
