Executive - Business Development/Sales (4-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop regional business plan, in conjunction with strategies to provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts, reports and commentary to measure progress and adjust tactics and strategy as needed

- Build relationships & work with the functional department heads to accomplish tasks and show increased growth with corporate accounts

- Drive sales initiatives (enquiry generation to order closure) & support allocated customers across "enquiry to cash process

- Work with and build strong relationships with upper management and key supplier partner representatives including their sales, support and technical team members to provide our corporate accounts best customer experience globally.

- Focuses on proactive sales activities including phone, face to face, and virtual video-based sales calls utilizing value and solution based selling philosophies

- Utilizing the SalesForce CRM and other programs to plan and record sales activities, identify and log potential sales opportunities and provide key information as needed

- Complete training and developmental programs aimed at increasing product and sales process knowledge

- Have knowledge of all customer corporate compliances and guidelines pertaining to quality, digital, and any 3rd party portal initiatives.

- Ability to use reports, data and information to determine available market at a corporate account.

- Create an environment that aligns with our company's values and ensure to understand company strategy, vision and value proposition

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business code of ethics and ensure that they are followed.

- Coordinate with our quality and operations department to ensure we are meeting corporate customer's mandates to keep Allied as a preferred supplier.

- Spend 80% of the time with the customers to have strong connect with the customers.

Requirements and skills :

1. Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions

2. Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with customers

3. Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner

4. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in technologies.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

6. Excellent presentation and creativity skills

7. Brilliant time management and decision making skills which help to multi-task and work in situations with time constraints

8. Bachelors of Technology with specialization on Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation

9. Having practical & business focused approach with strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills

10. 80% travel within Chandigarh, Mohali, Punch Kula and Himachal Pradesh & occasional visits to HO.
