Executive - Business Development/Sales (1-3 yrs)
1. Responsible for new business development - prospect development
2. Responsible for achieving sales target
3. Responsible for lead generation & appointment setting
4. Responsible for hunting new business from Corporate Houses
5. Provide and report on accurate forecasts and pipeline data monthly at meetings
6. Develop business plans and sales strategies for penetrating new markets or accounts.
7. Business planning for key initiatives
8. Responsible to increase the customer base and build strong relationships with customers.
9. Ensuring the overall target accomplishments & responsible to achieve revenue targets
10. Manage revenue
a. Assist Executives and Head Office in meeting revenue and pipeline targets.
b. Work with Executives to ensure client acquisition, satisfaction, growth and penetration.
11. Managing existing accounts, if required
12. Identifying opportunities, involvement in preparation of proposals and final negotiation and closure.
13. Conduct regular discussions with the client to satisfy their requirements better.
14. Interact and proactively understand customer's requirements and translate it into business.
15. Build referral and lead generation network.
