Executive - Business Development - Saas Product (1-5 yrs)
Our Sales and Marketing Team comprises of Experts in the HR and HR-Tech space. Some of them have been with us right from inception, and some have had diverse experience in Business Development. You'll have a chance to hone your skills alongside your team members and bring new perspectives to the team.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold emails and calls.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Run email campaigns to generate new sales prospects.
- Track communication with current and potential leads in the CRM.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the team to build a healthy sales pipeline. You're someone who has
- Proven 1+ years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales in a SaaS company.
- Experience in reaching out to potential clients from any of the following regions - US / UK / Europe / Middle East / South East Asia / Australia.
- Experience in cold emailing and cold calling.
- Experience in working with CRM, Prospecting, and email campaign tools
- Experience working & succeeding in a goal-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
