Executive - Business Development - SaaS Firm (2-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business.
- Identify and prospect new enterprise clients, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and understand their unique business challenges and objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our SaaS solutions.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close complex sales deals, ensuring alignment with clients' needs and expectations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience the B2B SaaS industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of market landscape, including key industries, trends, and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions to senior executives.
- Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles, navigate organisational structures, and build consensus among stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving business outcomes and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
