Executive - Business Development - SAAS Firm (0-1 yrs)
We are an early-stage SaaS company based in Bangalore, India. We are building a first-of-its-kind tool to help beauty and wellness centers with their growth. We are on a mission to transform the business process of beauty and wellness centers throughout the world! We aim to grow 5-10X by next year.
Responsibilities :
- Source potential leads through market research.
- Build and maintain healthy relationships with customers and key accounts.
- Give demos and onboard customers onto the platform.
- Meet sales targets of multiple offerings.
- Ensure customer satisfaction leads to higher sales conversions and retention.
- Gather consistent feedback from the market for existing offerings and insights on competitor moves as feedback for product enhancements.
Requirements :
- Highly energetic and motivated candidates with prior internships or at least 6 months of experience in sales and telecalls are preferred.

- Prior sales experience.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and any CRM.
- A consultative SaaS sales background is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Education : Bachelor's (Required)/MBA.
- Language : Hindi (Required).
