Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive in the sales team. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, shaping sales strategy, and expanding our customer base. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-growth startup environment.

Your Responsibilities :

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, cold-calling, and social media outreach to expand our customer base.

- Develop and manage a sales pipeline, nurturing leads from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.

- Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and positioning Beacon's SaaS products as the ideal solution.

- Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and identify new opportunities for growth.

- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

- Present and demonstrate Beacon's product features, capabilities, and value proposition to prospective clients.

- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and customer needs.

- Regularly report on sales performance, forecasts, and strategies to leadership.

What We Are Looking For :

- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify challenges and offer solutions that meet customer needs.

- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and track sales activities.

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
