Job Description :
We are looking for Junior Business Development Associates to join our team. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a background in client servicing, and a passion for sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify potential B2B leads through market research and outreach.
- Engage with HR and business decision-makers to understand their employee engagement needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the value proposition of ExtraMilePlay.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive lead conversion.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive follow-ups and negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales (preferably in Employee Engagement, B2B SaaS or HR Tech).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
