Key Responsibilities:
- Qualification of leads - Qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of the prospect's business needs.
- Relationship Building - Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting - Use various platforms to identify and generate new leads.
- Cold calling - Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-up communications to nurture leads and close sales.
- Prospecting - Collaborate with marketing to identify potential leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Follow-up and Nurturing - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Process Management - Provide accurate sales metrics and pipeline updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of prior B2B Business development experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Focused and goal-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
