Business Development Executive - North India

About the Role :

- We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the expansion efforts of a leading global QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brand.


- The role involves identifying and securing prime retail leasing opportunities to grow the brand's footprint across North India. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail leasing, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Leasing & Expansion:

- Identify, evaluate, and finalize retail spaces in high-potential areas across North India.

- Build and maintain relationships with property developers, mall operators, and real estate agents.

Market Research & Analysis:

- Conduct thorough market research to assess location potential, competition, and industry trends.

- Analyze site feasibility and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making.

Negotiation & Deal Closure:

-Lead lease negotiations to secure prime retail locations with favorable terms.

- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to finalize lease agreements.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Work closely with internal teams, including operations, design, and marketing, to ensure seamless store launches.

- Manage relationships with landlords and other key stakeholders to maintain long-term partnerships.

Travel:

- Regular travel across North India to scout and evaluate potential retail locations and engage with stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in retail leasing, preferably in QSR, retail, or hospitality sectors.

- Education: MBA from a recognized institution (preferred).

- Familiarity with the North Indian market and its retail landscape.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills to assess site potential and market opportunities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively across North India.
